Masculinity is a varied and complicated phenomenon that is experienced differently by people based on race/ethnicity, sexuality, gender, generation, nationality, ability, and gender expression. We explore masculinity in a multi-dimensional and intersectional way that lends credence to the diverse experiences of our participants.

We are committed to leading people through a journey that engages them at the “heart and soul” level. We do not simply want to help people memorize words or adopt recycled best practices but facilitate genuine transformation.

In order to make our programs come alive, we speak to the real-world experiences of people in a way the makes the topic relevant and real. Doing personal leadership work is not easy. Our first and greatest priority is to create a zone that ensures our participants feel safe, free, and invigorated as they embark on their journey to greater self-awareness, both personally and professionally.
